St. Augustine Green Scene Celebration
Thursday, June 17 was an exciting afternoon for St. Augustine Catholic School as students, staff, volunteers and supporters, celebrated the completion of the St. Augustine Green Scene Project. The project raised over $34,000 which was used to transform the bare school yard with trees, armour rocks, a walking path, sand box, and outdoor teaching area. The school presented former principal, Peter Gross, with a certificate representing the tree that was planted in his honour. Volunteers and donors were also thanked and recognized at the celebration event.
