Pam Olayemi of Grand River Collegiate won the competition with her own rendition of Mariah Carey’s “Hero”, taking home the $2,500 first place prize. Eastwood Collegiate Institute’s The Muses, consisting of Katelyn Hagey , Rebecca McKay, Laura Meadows, Beth Robertson and Rebecca Smithers, took second place.
